Resident Engagement team

Louise Creswick is the Accord Group’s Resident Engagement Co-ordinator and works with customers and resident engagement officers across the Group.

Joan Halstead is the Group’s Resident Engagement Support Officer, who supports the officers across the Group and assists Louise and Sara Woodall (Interim Chief Executive, Moseley and District Housing Association; Director of Corporate Housing Services, Accord Group).
