About us

Accord Housing Association manages over 5,600 homes and provides a range of supported housing and care services to meet the needs of local people in the West Midlands.

Based in Darlaston, the majority of our homes are in Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. We also provide care and support services at more than 50 sites in the Midlands for older people, people with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health concerns.

Accord Housing Association is one of seven organisations in the wider Accord Group and is the ‘parent’ association of the Group responsible for maintaining overall financial control.
